Good Afternoon Parents! 

This email is FULL of information, so please read carefully! 

1. Pictures - We will do team and individual pictures TOMORROW, Tuesday, May 19th at the pool. We should have good weather, so this is the best time to get them in! We will begin at 6 pm! ALL SWIMMERS should arrive to the pool no later than 6 pm! We will run individual pictures first (please have the form attached filled out and ready to go). All athletes who will not be taking individual pictures need to line up with the coaches in height order to be ready for our team photo the moment individuals are completed. We WILL have practice at our normal times following pictures. Our first practice may be slightly shorter depending on how quickly we can get our photos done! 

2. PARENT MEETING - We will have our parent meeting inside the clubhouse right off the pool deck at 7 pm TOMORROW - Tuesday, May 19th. Come with questions as the parent board will be available to answer any questions you may have. 

3. Athlete declarations - this is OPEN! Please go to the website and click on each meet listed on our schedule (located on the right sidebar of the main page). You will be able to declare whether your swimmer is able to attend or is unable to attend meets. This is SUPER important.

4. Volunteer shifts - All volunteer shifts have been posted. Please go to the main page of the website and click on the individual meets on the right side bar to sign up for jobs. Remember that there is a financial penalty for any family not completing their volunteer points. 

5. Tshirts and caps - these will be distributed prior to the first meet. They have all been ordered. I will update you as soon as they arrive.
