Good Afternoon Parents!!! 

We begin our practices next week!!! How exciting! A few reminders: 

-10 and unders will practice from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday

-11 and up will practice from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Monday through Thursday

-Please note that it will be chilly, so please be prepared with extra towels and warm          clothes for after practice. 

-We do ask that you limit your interaction with your swimmers once practice begins. It       is so important that they get to know and trust their coaches. This is incredibly                important to the development of your swimmers in our short season. 

-Please subscribe to our team remind by texting @nfswimteam to 81010.

    This is how we communicate important messages to you, especially about weather         related issues.

-Meet schedule is posted on our website under upcoming events. 

-IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION - We do our best to maintain a positive and safe environment for our entire team. Horseplay and rough housing of any kind will not be tolerated at any time. Behavior of this kind will result in your swimmer being asked to leave practice and/or expulsion from the team. 

-Our board members will be present at the first week of practice to answer questions you may have!
