Good Evening Parents, 

I have a couple of college students lined up to work for meets. The fee is $35 per session. Every family is required to work 4 total shifts. If you are in need of a college student to work your shift/s, please let me know ASAP. I need an envelope with YOUR swimmer's name on it and $35 CASH inside for every shift you need covered. We WILL NOT have change. If you need all 4 covered, please send in all 4 payments by next Thursday so that we can get these students scheduled! 

Email me with your requests by replying to this email. Shifts will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you do not have the envelope to pay the student, your shift will NOT be covered, and you will be charged the $150 fee once the first shift is missed.
