Good Afternoon Parents! 

I hope you are all doing well! Yesterday was a GREAT turn out despite the weather and cold water! We are so excited to share this summer swim season with all of you!  I wanted to reach out as I need a few things from each family pretty please! 

1. Volunteer sign ups - we really do need every single family to sign up for at least 4 volunteer shifts. We will no longer assign shifts! To sign up, please click on the meet that is listed under upcoming events. Click on "Job Sign Up" and choose a job you'd like to work! It's that simple! We do ask that our little kid families choose first half jobs and our olders choose second half jobs please! Remember that you must work 4 shifts in order to avoid the $150 penalty! 

2. Meet Attendance Declarations - We know that summers are full of fun things like vacations and graduations and all sorts of things that come up! We are asking you to declare your attendance or absence from MEETS. Please click on the meet listed under upcoming events. Click on Meet Entries and declare whether you will attend or not attend each meet. This will help us to not enter swimmers who will not be there! Please remember that this is super important as we have limits on events as well as empty lanes just means more heats and longer meets that are not fun for anyone!
