All volunteers at the county meet will need to sign our Safe Sport Waiver. Please share the link with your county parent volunteers. We will have a few hard copies at check in - however signing off on the form prior to the meet will save you time!

OUR MEET SCHEDULE:

Friday July 12th, 2024

Session 1 ( Age 15 -18)

• Warmups; 4:30 pm -- meet at the front doors no later than 3:45 pm
• We are in the Main Pool in Lane 3
• Start time : 5:30pm session concluded at approx. 8:20PM

Saturday July 13th, 2024

Session 2 ( Age 9 & 10)

• Warmups at 8 AM --meet at the front doors no later than 7:15 am. Please ensure that your swimmer arrives to meet the coaches at 7:15 am. The must go down to the deck with the coaches. Parents are NOT allowed on deck for any reason.
• We are in the Scoreboard pool in lane 4
• Start Time: 9:15AM session concludes at approx. 12:30PM
• This session will begin with an "honorary heat" swum by invited swimmers with disabilities.

Session 3 (SINGLE Session - Ages 13-14)

• Warm up at 2 PM --meet at the front doors no later than 1 pm. Please ensure that your swimmer arrives to meet the coaches at 1 pm. They must go down to the deck with the coaches. Parents are NOT allowed on deck for any reason.
• We are in the Main Pool in lane 2
• Starting Time: 3:15PM session concludes at approx. 6:15PM

Sunday July 14th, 2024

Session 4 (Ages 8 & Under)

• Warm up at 8:20 AM - meet at the front doors no later than 7:20 am. Please ensure that your swimmer arrives to meet the coaches at 7:20 am. The must go down to the deck with the coaches. Parents are NOT allowed on deck for any reason.
• We are in the Scoreboard Pool in lane 6
• Start Time: 9:15AM session concludes at approx. 12:30pm

Session 5 ( Ages 11-12)

• Warm up: 1:30 PM -- meet at the front doors no later than 12:45 pm. Please ensure that your swimmer arrives to meet the coaches at 12:45 pm. They must go down to the deck with the coaches. Parents are NOT allowed on deck for any reason.
• We are in the Main pool in lane 2.
• Start Time: 3:15pm session concludes at approx. 6:30PM

I will be there and on deck the entire meet as the Asst. Meet Ref. If you have any questions, please reach out to me via my cell 225-588-8887. Please please please have your swimmers there to meet our coaches at the designated times. The deck can be very chaotic, and we need to be ready for our warm ups ON TIME.
