Meet Three

Away at Flowers Crossing. The address listed with GCSL is1210 Providence Drive Lawrenceville, GA 30044. Please arrive by 5:00 pm.  The pool deck will open at 4:00 for chairs and set up.  Please have your swimmer ready to swim and marked up by warm up time.

Here is some very important information from our hosts:

Times:

• * Our pool deck will open at 4:00 for chairs and set up. North Forke will be sitting on the left side of the pool and families are allowed to bring 2 chairs each.
• * North Forke’s bullpen will be at and around the Gazebo at the end of the sidewalk closest to the spectator seating.
• * North Forke’s warm up time will be from 5:20-5:45.

Parking:

• * Parking is in the lot at the pool, lower parking lot, and on the street. Please do not park where cones are placed on the street, parking can only be on one side of the road, and there is no parking on either side of the street in front of the clubhouse.

Visitor Seating:

•  * Our pool deck will open at 4:00 for chairs and set up. North Forke will be sitting on the left side of the pool and families are allowed to bring 2 chairs each.
  * North Forke’s bullpen will be at and around the Gazebo at the end of the sidewalk closest to the spectator seating

Concessions:

• * We will be having Kona Ice in the front parking lot as well as concessions in the clubhouse (Dogwood Pizza, Chick fil A, Nachos, candy, chips, cookies, and drinks) - CASH/Venmo only

Theme:

• Our team them this week is Hawaiian! 

Entries and heat sheets are attached to this email. Heat sheets will also be available on the app. It is very important that all swimmers stay in the team area unless they are staging for a race. They will be called in the team area only. If you have young swimmers, please plan to stay with them in the team area. ***This is extremely important for this meet! Flowers Crossing's team is HUGE. We need to be able to find your swimmer. They MUST stay in the team area. 

Please check the work schedule attached to this email. All meet workers please check in upon arrival. That includes first and second half workers.

Please make sure you are subscribed to our team Remind. To do so, simply text @nfswimteam to 81010. Please remember, it is used for announcements only. Do not attempt to message the team through the app.

If there is a weather related delay during the meet, that is the quickest way we can communicate with you. In the event of a weather delay, you will be asked to go to your car to wait it out. Please DO NOT leave the meet. We will make every effort to complete the meet, and have a specific protocol to follow from the league. We will keep you informed via Remind.

Fun practice will be on Friday at 10:00. We will give out ribbons, eat donuts, and have lots of fun with teammates and coaches. We hope you will all join us for this popular practice.
