The Connemara address is: 3422 Connemara Trace Lawrenceville, GA  30044. . They ask that we park along the roped side of the street only. Please follow any parking guidelines or signs they post. It is very important that emergency vehicles have room to drive in case of an emergency.

Entries and heat sheets are attached to this email. Heat sheets are also available on the Swimtopia app. They will not be sold at the meet.

Our warm ups will begin promptly at 5:00. We ask that you have your swimmers ready for warm up by 4:50, with their name and events marked up, and caps on. Meet schedules run very tight, so please make sure to be on time!

Concessions will be available for purchase at the venue. The delicious menu is attached to this email. You are also welcome to bring your cooler along with you. Please remember to refrain from glass items and observe the league’s policy of no alcohol on the pool deck.

It is very important that all swimmers stay in the team area unless they are staging for a race. At Connemara our team area and seating are on the street side of the pool. We have been warned to bring sunscreen and expect it to be hot! Swimmers will be called for their races in that area only. If you have young swimmers, please plan to stay with them in the team area.

Please check the work assignments on the website. All meet workers are required to check in upon arrival in the team area.  Please remember, if you do not show for your work shift, there is a financial penalty. You may find a substitute if necessary. Please make sure your substitute knows to check in accordingly. As a reminder, all shifts must be worked by an adult and children may not accompany them for it.

If you are unsure where to find the volunteer assignments, please log into the website and on the upper right corner you will find a drop down menu. Click on My Account and you will find the information there.

It is VERY important that you not leave the meet without checking with a coach. Relays are a very important part of a meet. If your swimmer is entered in a relay, the team is relying on them to be there. If there is an unavoidable circumstance and your swimmer cannot swim the relay, please inform a coach as early as possible. In such a situation, we would attempt to find an available swimmer. So, even if your swimmer is not entered in a relay, they could be called upon to sub. Every swimmer is important!

Please make sure you are subscribed for our team Remind! To do so, simply text @nfswimteam to 81010. If there is a weather related delay during the meet, that is the quickest way we can communicate with you. In the event of a weather delay, you will be asked to go to your car to wait it out. Please DO NOT leave the meet. We will make every effort to complete the meet. We have a specific protocol to follow from the league. We will keep you informed via Remind. Please DO NOT message the number. It is for announcements only and messages received will not be answered.
