Good Afternoon Parents! 

Our first meet is quickly approaching! You will get an email with TONS of information as soon as we receive it from the host team! Please be on the look out! One of the MOST important things about our summer league teams in Gwinnett County is that we are 100% volunteer run! We NEED YOU!!! 

I have attached the volunteer schedule for meet 1. Please ensure that you arrive early and sign in for your shift before warm ups begin! We can't do it without you! 

So that you may plan for future meets, there are 2 ways that you can check what has been assigned to you. Please note that these have been done in accordance with you meet declarations! 

1. Log into your SwimTopia account. in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to go to "My Account". From there, you will see all of your work shifts that have been assigned by meet. 

2. Download the SwimTopia App on your phone. Log in (just as you would the website). On the home page, you will see each meet listed out. Click on each meet and see what you are working. 

Remember that you must work your shifts each meet. We will not switch them for you. If you and another parent agree to switch, that shift is your responsibility until it is actually covered at the meet.
