Here are a few helpful things for the upcoming NFP vs HSRC Meet tomorrow (Monday, June 17th):

Pool address:

595 Johannah Place Southwest, Lilburn, GA 30047.

Warm Up:

Gates open up to you at 4:45

HSRC: 4:50-5:15

NFP: 5:15-5:40

National Anthem: 5:45

Swim Assist HSRC: 5:50

Meet start: 6:00

Parking: Parking is available in the lot next to the tennis courts and along the neighborhood roads near the pool. Do not park along any curb that has orange cones marking a "no parking" zone. We will have parking attendants helping with the lots close to the pool.

Heat Sheets:

This year we will not be selling heat sheets but instead have attached them here for your convenience to share with your NFP Families. We will still be printing them for various shift work areas around the pool (and the required ones for your team officials).

Seating and bullpen:

Your team will be on the right side when you enter the pool area. Staging will be on far left side of pool behind the starter. Remind parents to bring chairs. We do ask that swimmers stay off the diving board and stacked chairs during the meet.

Weather:

If bad weather is called, you will need to direct your parents to their cars until we can resume the meet.

Concessions:

We have 2 concession stands.One is poolside, and the other is upstairs (follow the signs!).There is also Kona Ice in the parking lot.Hot food items include Pulled Pork BBQ, Baked Potatoes, Bratwurst, Pasta Salad, Corn on the Cob, Desserts, Etc.

DJ:

One of our best traditions at HSRC home meets is our DJ. Our official entertainment and information provider, Amped Up Atlanta, will announce each and every swimmer during their race and play music during the meet. To submit a song request, click here: https://www.virtualdj.com/ask/AmpedUp

Computers:

Computers will be in the upstairs level of the clubhouse and can be accessed at the stairs under the upstairs porch.
